Located at the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges of Willunga in South Australia’s McLaren Vale wine region, Romley Estate is a 185-acre boutique olive grove. Amid a Mediterranean coastal climate and lush surrounds, the farm produces multi-award-winning virgin olive oils, kalamata table olives, luxury skincare products and beautiful kitchenware. Recently, the luxury farmhouse underwent an exquisite styling for the property market by Heidi Cardelli and Tim Copas from Early Settler.
Executed in harmony with the warmth and character of the abode, Heidi and Tim worked with owner Monica Parvin to elevate the style and sophistication of the spaces with sleek lines and contemporary finishes laced with natural-look coastal elements and a white-on-white palette to amplify the space and light throughout.
Moored by a modern farmhouse kitchen with vast stone island, shaker cabinetry, matte-black hardware and industrial-style cube pendant lighting, the expansive living and dining area embellished by a Maine Solid Oak Dining Table paired with Bastion Oak Dining Chairs.
“I added lots of Early Settler’s Hinsko planters, faux plants, baskets, marble bowls, terrazzo pieces, ambient lamps and plush rugs to really draw the space together, while also keeping it very inviting and relaxed.”
The sliding glass doors allow a seamless union between indoor and outdoor spaces, so my goal was to make the area practical and comfortable while celebrating the gorgeous landscape outside.

Open-plan living feels laidback and luxe beside the wood heater on the Easton 3 Seater Sofa, while the Maine Sideboard matches the dining tables and offers ample room for platters, vases, plates and other precious pieces.

The understated elegance and natural tones continue in the bedrooms where the Emmaline linen bedhead anchors the space topped with lots of luscious linens, cushions and throws. Heidi used a variety of hues and textures to create visual interest and depth, including Laural Seagrass Table Lamps atop marble side tables.
The curved lines and natural materials of Serenity Rattan Bedhead add instant softness beside the sage and olive tones of the cushions with hues taken from the framed print. A selection of county-meets-coast landscapes was peppered throughout the home to tie the decor together from room to room, while also referencing the coastal location.
Dressed for flashier affairs, the formal dining room wows with upholstered Conlen Dining Chairs around the Dawson Reclaimed Timber Dining Table, which is backdropped by the matching Dawson Sideboard for the cocktail station.
“I love to create a unity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Complimentary colours, materials and weaves can add an effortless harmony in homes, where every piece feels purposefully chosen and carefully curated,” says Heidi. “I especially love helping people to achieve their stylistic dreams.”
